I took a variety of pictures in Ocean Beach that I thought is oppression. I mostly took pictures of grafitti on the wall and the different living conditions in OB. Out of all the photographs that I took in OB, I thought that this picture depicted what oppression is. I took it in an angle to show all the grafitti and cracks on the building. It then leads the audience to a clean white door. I found how the picture shows all the writing and different marks in an angle that makes the audience look closer and farther into the picture. It portrays a lot of the buildings in OB because most of these buildings are uncared for and people live or work at these places. I believe that this picture displays the abuse of the buildings which leads to oppression because of the bad conditions that people either have to live or work in.
